INGREDIENTS

  • 7 tablespoons coffee powder 
  • 2 cups (tea) hot water
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 200 g chocolate powder
  • 100 g unsalted butter (or margarine) 
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Make coffee with the indicated amount of hot water. Put it in a large pan with the sugar and heat over the stove until it boils and becomes a thick syrup. Take 1/2 cup (tea) of syrup still hot out of the pan and add the chocolate. Stir in the butter and eggs, stirring constantly. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to complete the brownie batter.
