Functional protein pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- 2 scoops Whey protein powder (any flavor);
- 1 dessert spoon baking powder;
- 2 tablespoons oat flour;
- 50ml almond milk.
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients;
- Grease a frying pan to cook the pancakes;
- When both sides are golden, the pancakes are ready to eat.
