Pre-workout snacks are the right call for breakfast. Pancakes are a great option, because not only they are super delicious, but also very filling and give you energy to work out! We selected a delicious pancake recipe for you to try with Thermocoffee Jurerê.


  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 scoops Whey protein powder (any flavor);
  • 1 dessert spoon baking powder; 
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour;
  • 50ml almond milk.


  • Blend all the ingredients;
  • Grease a frying pan to cook the pancakes;
  • When both sides are golden, the pancakes are ready to eat.
